Terms of Use

Updated: July 13, 2026

By using this site and its tools you agree to the terms below. Please read them — they are written in plain language.

1. About the service

The service provides tools for removing metadata from files, along with other helper tools. We aim to keep everything running reliably, but we actively develop the product and may change or add features.

2. Account

Some features require registration. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity in your account. Please provide a valid email address — it is used for signing in and for support.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload material that breaks the law or infringes third-party rights, not to attempt to disrupt the service, bypass limits or gain unauthorised access, and not to use the service for bulk automated load beyond the intended limits.

4. Plans and payment

Core features are available for free within certain limits. The Premium plan lifts file size and count limits. Subscription terms and pricing are shown on the pricing page and may change; changes do not affect a period already paid for.

5. Content rights

Files you upload remain yours — we claim no rights over them. The site itself, its design, code and tools belong to us and are protected by applicable law.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and recommend keeping original copies of important files before processing.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the last period.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page, with the last-updated date shown above. By continuing to use the service you accept the updated terms.

9. Contact

For any questions about these terms, message us in our Telegram support bot @ptt_unicod_bot — the link is in the site footer and in your account.
