We build a service that helps you strip metadata from your files, so we take privacy seriously. This document explains, in plain language, what data we process and why.

1. What data we process

When you sign up — your email address and the name you choose. When you use the service — the files you upload for processing, and minimal technical data (such as an anonymised request marker) needed to prevent abuse and enforce plan limits.

2. Why we use it

We use data only to run the service: process your file, maintain your account, apply free-plan limits and answer your support requests. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not train any models on it.

3. Your files

Uploaded files are used solely to perform the operation you requested. We do not manually review their contents, share them with third parties, or use them for any other purpose. The processed result is available only to you.

4. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies — for authentication (to keep you signed in) and to remember your chosen language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. The only exceptions are where the law explicitly requires it, or where a payment provider is involved in processing a subscription — in that case the provider, not us, handles the payment details.

6. Security

The site runs over a secure connection (HTTPS) and access to internal data is restricted. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, though no online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

You can change your profile details or request account deletion at any time — just message us in our Telegram support bot @ptt_unicod_bot (the link is in the site footer and in your account). We will handle the request within a reasonable time.
